Hi

For a few days it seems Outlook 2011 has stopped syncing the contacts with Apple Contacts - as a result my contact book is no longer updated on my smartphone.

I have checked the sync service in Outlook and they are activated. I event tried to uncheck, close Outlook and check again but nothing happens.

Any idea how I can resolve this ?

Note that syncing between Outlook 2011 and iCal is still working.

Outlook crashed last night and since than it does not display emails and displays a blank window as if no email accounts were configured with it. Is there something that can be done?

Is this at all possible to export all emails as tab separated text files ?  And if so how? 

Reason I ask is that I in that case can import them in to a FMP DB, for storage.

I sent a message a few hours ago and my sending box is blocked probably due to too heavy files in attachement.

I can't  stop it and get back my original message & files .

I cannot send new mails that will be cumulated in the sending box .

How can I stop that and get back my original  text mail ?

I downloaded a trial Outlook which has just expired and now Word for Office for Mac 2011 has stopped working. The error message says it has expired. 

I am using Office for Mac 2011, version 14.4.6, on a MacBook Pro running OS X v 10.9 Mavericks, and I'm using Outlook to access my gmail account.

Recently messages in Outlook have been changing from 'read' to 'unread' after they have been marked 'read' and moved to the trash. When I sign into my gmail account, they are marked as 'read'.

How can I fix this?

I am using Office:mac 2011, just after I updated to the new operating system OS X Yosemite version 10.10, my Outlook account has started to add mailboxes to some of my email accounts. e.g.. INBOX 1-INBOX 11-INBOX 111 and it just keeps going adding more ones after each inbox. It has moved accounts, with names in grey, and some emails are just not there anymore. Is it an incompatibility problem with the new operating system?

I am using Mac outlook! Originally i planned to export one email folder to my external hard disk. Accidentally, all my emails were exported to an olm file but corrupted afterwards! I could neither import back my emails nor repair the olm file. Anyone can help how i can 1/ repair the olm file; 2/ or restore my previous setting; 3/ reimport the previous emails; 4/ or any other ways to solve!!!!!!!!

It seems that it is a common error that olm file is easy to corrupt as i can find many paid softer to rescue it!
