I have been using office 2011 for my mac for many years. This week I installed the new version (outlook version 15.8) and am having issues sending large files.

I am able to do it with my old version of outlook, the guy sitting next to me is able to send me large files with 15.8 but I get a 3210 error code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HI,

can anyone out there please tell me how I can change the Format of Calendar ?

I want to change the Font size, Colour and even make it Bold.

At present the Font colour is 'Very' Gray and not very clear to read, even when I change the Colour of the actual Calendar event :-(

You can do things with Calendar settings ( Options ) in Windows but can't find anyway on how to do it in Outlook for Mac :-(

Any help would be great

Steve

Outlook 14.4.8 on iMAC Retina and Yosemite 10.10.2 is not synchronizing with Exchange 2007 anymore (shows "downloading" but no new messages shown in inbox".

Accessing Mails with Webbrowser and from Windows Outlook is working correctly.

All Macs (also the ones with OS 10.6.8) do not anymore show any new messages in inbox.

Restarted Server, tried to disable autodiscover on macs and deleting/adding account and repairing database does not fix the problem. Also restarted server several times.

Any clue how to solve ?

I have installed a 2nd hard drive on my Mac which has only the OS and applications and I wonder how I can point outlook to the identities stored on the other data-only hard drive

Perhaps attaching a screen shot is the best way to describe the problem - which is really just how I described it above....

I click on the Categorise button so that I can set a category for an item in Outlook, for example an email, but the colour that appears in the email list after doing so does not match (or even nearly match) the name of its colour.

I'm curious as to whether its just on my iMac that is happening, or do other people have the colour non-matches on their versions too?

This answer goes back a couple of years. Has anybody got any fresher ideas? I've tried everything and I can't get around this problem. It's doing my head in! You'd have thought Microsoft would have provided a solution to this by now.

Office for Mac 2011 installed since 2011 but now is asking for product key?

If I reinstall, will I lose all the years of emails and word docs etc on my computer?

When it asks for the key, I simple shut down and it disappears but this is now happening several times a day... HELP! LOL

I have a MacBook Air and run Office 2011, using Outlook as my primary mail program.

I've used this setup for almost 5 years and never had a days trouble until recently where I now continuously get a the dreaded "spinning ball".

Nothing has materially changed on my machine and thought it might be something to do with the size of the "identity" or database which was 26Gb. I deleted a number of emails etc. and the database is now 13Gb, but the problem persists.

I then thought to do a rebuild of the identity but this too made no difference.

I can flick through my desktops (using four fingers) and the other screens all work fine i.e. no ball, but as soon as I stop on the desktop with Outlook open, the ball starts spinning.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
