My Deleted Items folder only shows 323 emails dating back to last week, but I have many more historical emails, why aren't they showing up? I've emptied the cache, but that didn't help. It's an exchange account, I couldn't find a setting that dictated how many emails it stores or displays.

HELP!!!

HELP!!!

Whenever I hover over a contact name/email address in Outlook, it no longer shows me their title or phone number. How do I fix this?

Running under Mavericks 10.9.5.

This just started today.  I enter the To line, move down to the Subject line, but it aborts with an EXC_BAD_ACCESS.

I'd appreciate any help on this.

Hi I am not clear how one would create an auto reply for internal mail. I know only of auto reply with out of office messages - how would auto reply send read receipts within an organisation?

Sincerely, Wendy

Hi, thank for you posting this, however I am trying to export a selection of emails from Outlook Mac 2011 to excel (or a file I can open in excel.)

Can anyone else?

I originally was using an old version of outlook and this was possible, then spent 4 months using mac mail before I realised it wasn't a function they offered so bought Office for Mac and I can't work it out there... At my wits end here!

Help!

I've read all the posts about running Office 2011 for Mac on Yosemite, but most are several months old and the latest version noted is 14.4.7.  My Office is 14.4.8.  I want to upgrade to Yosemite, but rely heavily on Outlook for mail and business operations.  I can't risk any issues with this.  Does anyone know if the latest update to 14.4.8 has resolved the issues previously noted by updating the OS?

Also, I'm still running OS 10.6.8 (I know, pathetic, but too much software to be concerned about going wrong by updating), so my update will skip Mavericks and go right to Yosemite.  Will this pose any significant problems?

Thanks!

In Windows Outlook you can go to Group By > Due Date, then it will display messages in your inbox according to the date that it's due. How to I find this (or equivalent) setting in Outlook for Mac? I've just downloaded my Outlook a week ago and I'm using Microsoft 365 to log in. Just to be clear I'm using the desktop version, not the browser version of Outlook
