I've got a very large number of emails in an Outlook.com account that I'm trying to get Outlook for Mac 2011 to pull down.  The application appears to be set up properly, as I have successfully downloaded about 500 messages.  That is about 14 days worth from an account that has been active for years.  The rest will not come down.  Is there a total messages or number of days cap or perhaps a configuration setting that I'm missing?  I feel like I've looked everywhere.  It is set up as an IMAP account.

I'm stumped.

Thanks in advance!

Every now and then, my Outlook 2011 beeps at me and throws up an error about "cannot find the server".  But it can, and everything works just fine.  How do I tell Outlook to stop warning me of nonexistent problems?  Yes, I know, maybe one day it really won't be able to find the server.  That's OK, I'll be able to figure that out on my own.
Hello Guys,

Please help. Does anyone has experience that whenever a new contact is created from Outlook 2011 / OWA vice versa is not syncing / appearing to MAC Outlook 2011?

Did this steps but, it didn't fixed the issue. Tried also to rebuild the profile but, still the same.

2. Tick Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm) and check all items you want to export and click the right arrow to continue.
3. Tick No, do not delete items and click the right arrow to continue.
4. Save the .olm file in your local directory.
5. When the export is complete, click the Done button.
6. Delete this file in your User’s Library/Preferences folder: (com.microsoft.Outlook.SyncServicesPreferences.plist)

I am facing some problems with my Microsoft office Home and Business 2011 on my Macbook Pro.

After upgrading the MAC OS to Yosemite, I upgraded my Microsoft Office from the 14.2.0 version to the 14.4.5 version. However, after doing so, all the data in my outlook disappeared. I am using a 3rd party domain, which is my company domain which is under POP mail server.

The original Microsoft User Data folder is still there. However, there is no main identity in the Microsoft Database Utility and as such, the original folders cannot be read.

Please assist me on this. I have contacted the Apple Support and they have informed me that only Microsoft can assist us in this.

I send out invitations which include a live link to an e-mail .. for example  ..." to make a reservation CLICK HERE: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

This works easily and when the live link to the e-mail address is clicked on an outlook e-mail form addressed to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** pops up  What i would like to do is fill in the e-mail form that pops up with Subject and some details in the text area.

Does anyone know if this is doable and if so how to do it.

Thanks

After the 14.5.0 upgrade my outlook did dissapear.

I tried the suggestion to install 14.5.1 but it shows an error message:

Update can not be installed.

No version found of the software needed to install this update.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I have outlook 2011 installed on my mac with yosemite OS,  our company mail uses MS Exchange Server.

The emails are being downloaded on my inbox with a message "This message has been partially downloaded." with an option to "Get Entire Message" but is not working when selected.

Is there any settings that I should change to have the messages downloaded with its complete attachment automatically please?

Thanks,

Corics

I am running MS Office for Mac on my MacBook Pro and am using Outlook for contacts, calendar and email. (email is hosted by external provider). Contacts & calendar on notebook don't sync with iPhone, and vice versa. What can be done? Is there any way to make these two sync?
Has anyone found how to resolve this ?  I have read all the posts and attempted solutions suggested but the issue persists.  OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.3
I have MS Office 2011 for Mac and would like to create a new rule based on a specific word or words in the body of the email. Is there a way to accomplish this? I have only been able to find how to base rule on specific to, from and subject fields.
