I used to us Outlook on PC. In that version you were able to customise your task list so that you could change the '% Complete' on a task to 25%, 50%, 75% and task completed and then organise your tasks in order of progression. I cant find any information on this or if its even a feature that was brought over to the Mac version.

Example of '% Complete' box

Any help would be massively appreciated

Using Yosemite 10.10.3, Macbook Pro

After I installed the update 14.5.2 my Outlook won't open. When I contacted tech support they directed me to install the prior update 14.5.1 but my computer won't accept that version for some reason. Not sure what to do next.

I also want to back up my data file for Outlook so if I end up reinstalling the whole program it will open my current data/email folders etc. Not sure how to do that without being able to open the program.

I dragged a bunch of folders that I'd created in my POP account ("On My Computer") into my IMAP account. They all copied successfully except for one folder. It is "stuck." It's in the list of IMAP folders but it is not synched, and it cannot be deleted. (For what it's worth, its name is in black type, while the other folders' names are in gray.) I have tried dragging it to the trashcan, Control-clicking it ("Delete" option is grayed out), updating my Outlook (I now have 14.5.2), restarting my computer...Nothing. How can I kill off this folder? It's empty and worthless to me. Thanks everyone.

Hi,

i need an option to sync my Hotmail-Account (Outlook.com-Account) with Outlook on my MacOS-System. For me it is important that the mails, calendar and contacts will be synchronized.

I am not able to configure that in Outlook 2011 (a part of Office 2011 for MacOS) and Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac (available by an Office 365 Account).

i have no problems with my enterprise-mail account combined with any Outlook version.

Could you active the EWS protocol for my Hotmail-Account or is it possible that the outlook products on macos can communicate via EAS-Protocoll with the microsoft server infrastructure for the outlook.com accounts?

I have Outlook for Mac 2011 (14.5.1) that I have just loaded as I set up a new Outlook.com account.

All email and calendar entries made on .com propagate to the my iPhone 6 Outlook App, but NO Calendar entries I create on .com sync with the Outlook Mac 2011 software and nothing I create in Outlook Mac 2011 propagates to Outlook.com.  So my Outlook 2011 Calendar is an island.. nothing in, nothing out.  All mall via the outlook.com pop server works fine.

any answers on how i can use my desktop calendar and have it connect to anything?

Do we support Fax In Mac Outlook Version 2011.?

I'm a new mac user with Outlook 2011 installed.  I depend on it for business.  All of a sudden I can't see my attachments.  jpegs, pdfs, etc.   You can see theres' a paperclip attachment from the sender, but when opening the email, or clicking on the attachment, there's nothing there.  This happened overnight.  Everything worked great over the past 3 days.  I feel like I'm losing my mind.  I also get vendor emails with rich html images.  Upon opening those emails, the bar shows up that says:  To protect your privacy some pictures in this message were not downloaded.  When I click the button to download the images nothing happens.  I also have a picture (jpeg) on my signature that went away.  Am I destined to these issues with this program?  Any help with fellow outlook users would very much be appreciated!

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

My office uses Outlook 2011 for Mac, with Kerio Connect as the mailserver.

We all share our calendars with domain users as "Reviewers".

Up until recently, we could see when someone had a Private Event booked, but now those are missing from the delegate view so it appears as if people are available when they are not.

We can still view the Private Events in webmail (Kerio), just not in desktop Outlook 2011 for Mac.

Please help!
