Hello,
I have an alias set up for my outlook.com account but recently I stopped receiving e-mail sent to that alias. It is a work related alias and it is very important to me. Here is a test that I did. I tried to send e-mail from my Gmail account to the alias and got this response from gmail. I must mention first that I can SEND e-mail from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (this is the alias) but I cannot receive e-mail sent to that alias. Here is the gmail response:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain unbm.ro by361743668.pamx1.hotmail.com. [65.54.188.78].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Hi ,

It's been 2 months since my Office 365 subscription is active but my skydrive is still showing 7Gb and not showing additional 20 Gb as per the policy.

Can you please look into this and resolve the issue

Thanks,
Suman
Good morning,
I have a question on sky messenger that can be downloaded on i phones. I've downloaded it several times connecting myself with my hotmail ID and password.
The problem is that, after I've deleted the applications, several times, from my I phone, when I've downloaded again and made my Id and psw,it diesn't allow me to acced anymore. It says that I have problem of connectivity and to try again. I know,in fact, that the problem is not the Internet connectivity because for other applications it works. Could you tell me if the problem may be caused by the fact that I've downloaded ,the application from appstore, too many times and deleted also to many times? Is there any way to solve this?
Thanks a lot
Hi,

Please enable the password reset function for my domain: "esthub.com.sg". Thanks.

Hi,

I have a problem entering my email account (hotmail.com)! Apparently my password is wrong, but when I filled in the account verification form, I answered every question possible and afterwards it still said that the information submitted was not sufficient! What am I supposed to do other than answering these questions? It's really important that I get back access to my account!
Is there a chance to get my account back?

Thanks,
Kate

I have not been able to receive an email in my hotmail account since 10/24. I've sent several test emails to myself and those aren't showing in my Inbox either. I've sent to myself from other email accounts and it will not display. I do not have anything blocked or filtered that would prevent the emails from coming to the account. Please let me know what the issue is as there is nothing stating there is a problem with receiving emails, and I have seen no notifications of any issues.

If I've deleted an e;mail that I have deleted by accident, is it possible to retrieve it back and obtain the information in that which I a in need of? Or is there any other way to have it put back within my inbox as if I haven't deleted unintentionally. If there is a way to do this, what is the way to get it back where it may returned into the same place?
This was just done Earlier Today, Roughly around 6p.m. this evening. If anyone knows how can you let me know what's the process in re-obtaining it please.

Just tried to change what my primary alias was and the following message came up:

"We were unable to make <email address @outlook.com> your primary alias. Please try again later."

I sign on to live.co.za with my email address every second day or so. But every time I sign on, it tells me that it looks like someone else is trying to access my account and it has been blocked. Then I have to go through the whole password security reset sequence. I'm the only one using this account, I'm now really getting tired of this, if this can't be sorted, I'll have to move this address to another service provider. I'm also using Gmail on multiple devices, and never had one single problem. The usual solution in Windows Online Help section is to scan your computer for viruses - done that every time. My privacy settings in Internet Explorer is all ok. (I use Internet Explorer only to sign on to my email). Any solutions?

I have used the same email address for along time without problems. All of a sudden I can't receive emails anymore. My account is now described as "send only". I didn't consciously change anything and don't know how to change it back so I can receive email again. What do I do?
