I have a single OneNote file that won't sync. The sync status says "OneNote can't open or sync this file because it is password-protected. Error Code = e0000041" I've never password-protected any of my SkyDrive files. so I have no idea what has happened.
How do I fix this?
Hi there, since today some emails sent from Custom Domain weren't delivered even if they were sent to another email boxes in the same domain - emails sent to a group was lost, no one member of the group had got it. Mailboxes and groups are hosted on Hotmail
servers.
I am just trying out OUTLOOK.COM and tried logging in with my email e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. for the first time.
I then see the inbox etc.. and I try to send emails and also to receive it, but no joy.
To explain... I have not set any POP or SMTP settings ( I can't see where to do this)
I am sure that is not a matter of logging in without first setting up the email credentials so please explain what I need to do.
I would also like to send and receive other account emails (rather like IMAP does) can OUTLOOK.com do this?

The Outlook software which loads when I click the logo in my apps window presents some of the e-mail from my local POP3 account. For duplicates of that traffic (exclusively advertising) and all other e-mail I must go through Internet Explorer, thru an MS
"Live" bin, to my "Outlook.com" inbox. And, of course, that application permits me no download option for anything I want to keep in my extensively developed local file system.
Are the two "Oulooks" connected in any way? Can they communicate? Can I get the traffic from the online Outlook.com to the Outlook on my machine?
There were a few bugs with Outlook that kind of deleted the e-mails in my account. I simply was trying it out to see how it works, and activated it using my main e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (which was a working e-mail that receives and sends due to e-mail forwarding), however the issue started after I deactivated the service. Once I deactivated,
the Microsoft account was reset, the folders I had were deleted including the mail, contacts and everything. The main inbox was for *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and there was another inbox "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" that received mail from that address. I have discussed my issue in a live
chat session, and was referred here. I would like a rollback to the status where both e-mails were functional. I can't receive or send e-mail currently and have lost all the previous mail in the inboxes. For example, if I send mail to: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, it would
be undeliverable. I regret using the "domains.live.com", it messed up everything.

I had been automatically migrated from Hotmail.com to Outlook.com domain and have lost all the emails and contacts i had in my hotmail account.
I had a lot of important emails which went back in time and had i seen the email I could have avoided them getting lost.
Appreciate if you could advise on how I could go about retrieving them thanks.

How do I save an e-mail from my Outlook.com inbox to a file on my external hard drive, so that I may work with it offline? The menu bar choices at the top of the page of my Outlook.com inbox seem to have no "file" option nor do I seem to be able to find
such an option.
I use my account quite heavily to chat with my friends, and to send emails to school and such. I'm finding the daily message limit to be very restrictive and annoying, I do not want to add my phone number due to privacy concerns. Is there any way to extend
or bypass the message limit?
