Obviously if this continues much longer I'm just going to shut down the account and move to another provider as it's pretty inconvenient.
I've been unable to send or receive any emails from my outlook account for over a week - apparently other users have also had this problem, anyone know what's going on? Every test email just gets bounced back.
Can someone from MSN please restore my emails that MSN deleted somehow with this new Outlook upgrade. I have had this account for years. I have many important emails store in my account. I am sure the emails are kept on your server?

Need help here.
Since update my windows 8 to 8.1, i haven't been able to sync my file to skydrive folder. when i check skydrive tile apps, it always show pending download (326) and upload (87).
I already try to change the setting to always offline.
I also tried to stop and start BITS, but with no luck :(
FYI i use acer aspire with 3mbps internet connection.

I've just got a new PC running Windows 8.1, I have it set up to access my emails using the pre-installed Windows Mail.
My old PC was running Windows XP & I used Outlook Express for my emails.
I have a lot of emails on my old PC that I'd still like to be able to access (they are only on my old PC i.e. not available on any on-line platform).
Is there any way I can import my old emails from Outlook Express on XP to Mail on Windows 8.1?
Sending group mail via *** Email address is removed for privacy *** does not work. Last time was yesterday morning. Since then none of my Group members are able to send Group mail. Is this a known issue?

I cannot register my domain (www.sleepingdragongames.net) with domains.live.com. I get the following error:
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if

Who do I contact to get my domain name approved?
I can receive and read emails with no problems. But when I try to send or reply it says the user name and password are incorrect. How do I get this corrected on the outgoing mail server?
I am trying to change my mail adres on an website and to do this, I should receive an
confirmation e-mail. But I have checked every settings. And added the mail adres of the website and everything on
the save e-mail list and still nothing received.
