My email account stopped sending and receiving email on Halloween night. Maybe a practical joke from a ghost? I have had family members send email to me and they are getting error messages showing that their email is not deliverable. I have tried all of the HELP ideas and I'm still not receiving. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

change minor’s account to adult

I created a new Outlook account after purchasing a digital license for Visio 2013.  I made the mistake when creating the account to set the birth year as 2013.  This of course makes the account for a minor and limits my ability to use it.  Is there a way to edit the account birthday or change it so that it is an adult account?


SkyDrive Pro Office Professional Plus 2013 setup

I purchased Office 2013 Professional Plus 2013 and I cannot set up SkyDrive Pro. When I try and link Skydrive.com account info it keeps on asking me to log in over and over. Log in ID and password are correct but it keeps repeating request to log in. How do I fix this?

can’t send or reply to emails on my pc

I can receive emails, but nothing happens when I hit "reply".

The same problem when I try to write a "new" email.

I can still send and reply from my phone or Ipad...

Does anyone have an idea?  My PC laptop is functioning properly and I have full access to the internet.

Problems with email attachments

Hi looking for some advice – I am finding problems sending emails with attachments. As soon as I add an attachment to my email the email program in outlook is closed by Internet Explorer and I lose the email.  This has only just started when there was a change from hotmail to outlook.  Thanks macsues

Cannot change my primary alias

I have created a new alias and I would like to now make it my primary alias, but every time I try to do this, Microsoft responds that they are "unable to make the change at this time" and to "try again later".  I have been trying multiple times a day for a couple days now.  What do I need to do?

Files on Skydrive corrupt

Please help. All my work files are on Skydrive. Whenever I try to open an Excel/Word/PDF file, I get the foll. message -  

When I click on 'Yes' I get the foll. message -

 

I have never had this problem before. I cannot afford to lose this data.

 

This is an emergency. Please HELP.

 

wrong file opens

Last Saturday I saved a document to Skydrive. The pc broke down Monday, so I installed Skydrive on another pc and tried to access the document. The wrong document opens - it has the correct name but is an identical copy of a similar document. Skydrive says the document was last modified in August 2012, but it was not even created until January 2013.

 

I have uninstalled Skydrive, deleted files, and reinstalled, but with the same result. Am I doing something wrong?
