I'm not receiving any emails from some senders.
There is nobody on my blocked list and the emails are not going to my junk folder.
It seems as though people are telling me that they have emailed me, but I have received nothing. I am forwarding my emails from one account to my Hotmail account. I have checked with my web/email host provider and they have confirmed I have received the "missing" emails into my original account, and that it must be a Hotmail issue.
I have noticed, that if the person phones me and says they have emailed me (and I have not received it) I email them and then when they reply to my email it works, I receive their email. Further, once I have received someone's email, I have no problem receiving future emails.
So what I think is happening is that when unknown email addresses email my original email account, somewhere in the process of having that email forwarded to my Hotmail account - Hotmail seems to be filtering these emails and I am not receiving them. I have checked my junk email, and I still get junk. Also, my original email account deletes the forwarded email, so I have no history of the emails I am not receiving, which is problematic.
I do not have my junk filter set to high or anything. Also, adding people to my safe list or as a contact solves the problem - but the actual problem is receiving emails from people I do not know.
Any suggestions, any help would be much appreciated.
I am the sole owner of several domains with several user accounts and for each of these I am the user for all of them. I am able to get into domains.live.com, but I am not able to reset or change a password. This is a feature that I had with Google Apps. I want this feature added to domains.live.com. I need access to one of my email accounts that I have forgotten the password for. I tried to reset it and I was asked questions that I couldn't answer because it has been awhile since I've even seen the email box. PLEASE Microsoft you need to fix this, your email being free is cool and all for people like me; but your admin features are pale in comparison.

Work around: Start Movie maker as Admin (either admin user or right click and run as Admin)
Is it true I cannot create a group in my laptop Window 8.1 Contacts? I have online but they do not download to my laptop outlook.
