Can you please enable reset user's passwords for my Custom Domains narappa.com please

Right can you please help me with this it is very annoying considering I am being made to pay for subscriptions I don't want and cannot afford because of this **** up system. When I go to my subscriptions to cancel the music pass, I'm sure as you know you are required to enter a security code which is sent to you in an email but the email address you are sending the code to is not my email address therefore I cannot enter the code and also I am gonna be seriously **** pissed off if my account gets locked or something for the 30 days as the Xbox one is coming out in like 19 days and I would quite like to have my account, thankyou.
I have family safety set up on Windows 8.1 and monitor two child accounts. I have noticed two things that are really annoying:

1. Unless I am logged out of my machine (different to the children's), the activity reports for the children won't update.

2. The timezone on Family Safety doesn't appear to be a setting. So the time that the PC is actually used shows up as a ridiculous time (like 2am in the morning for my 5 year old!). 

My questions - are these normal and are there work arounds?

I bought TWO surface pro 2's and tried to use both promotional codes for 200gb each on the same SkyDrive account. The first one was accepted and applied, but the second one was accepted but not applied. I was told by someone in billing that you cannot stack the promotional storage offers, but nowhere does it say that one the promotional piece that comes inside the Surface Pro 2 (256gb). I tried to redeem that second code on another SkyDrive account we have (my wife's) and it says that the code has already be used now. HELP!!! Spoke to billing and they said they don't handle that. That we would have to post it here to get it resolved.
One of the biggest factors behind our purchase of the Surface Pro 2 was the free 200gb of cloud storage...

Today I wanted to share a calendar from Windows Live account so when I went to settings to share and update in Outlook and selected the calendar I somehow lost a different named calendar.  I searched around trying to locate the one that disappeared and when I couldn't find it I looked for information on how to try and recover the missing calendar from the MS community forum to no avail.  So after reviewing some post with an issue about missing calendar data, I'm now trying to find someone from MS to help me retrieve my missing calendar from my account.  I was unable to locate a link to tech support regarding my issues so I'm here seeking help from someone to get the information to have help to restore my missing data and calendar.  
I cannot verify my account through mobile number.
My country Indonesia, is not in the country drop down list.
Any other way to verify my account?

As you have stated, I have, indeed, submitted several requests to gain access to my many years old Hotmail account - ALL to no avail!
 
The answers I have submitted to your questionnaire have been accurate, to my recollection. With the last one,  submitted this morning (11-7-13) I called my son to verify the subject lines, etc.  At 80+ years of age, I'm not prone or able to remember every past subject line or former pass code!  As they say, "Give me a break!!"
 
The only discrepancies in all of these requests might have been my birth date (specifically, the year of my birth). I was born in 1933.  In the past, when asked by an entity not connected with some legal entity, such as the IRS, an insurance company  or my bank, etc., I  have considered that information none of the inquirers business and so I "gave" myself 15 years by stating my birth year as 1948.  I may have submitted either of these years - but you should now understand that 1933 is accurate!
 
The aforementioned, now supposedly lost to me, contains many years of email messages - some of sentimental, historical and/or business-related importance to me. It also contains a very lengthy list of very personal and business contact information.  I MUST access this info.
 
When you cut this account off, I was trying to notify as many as possible about a new government bill making federally mandated educational curricula that I felt very detrimental to our youth.  This was not intended to be a spam.  I have three grandchildren enrolled in two excellent charter schools and one of these schools had suggested it might close if this "common curriculum" becomes a federal mandate.  This from a charter school in the top ten,  nationally!
 
I hope this email gets to you and you immediately reinstate my years old Hotmail account.
I also hope I don't have to send you a copy of my birth certificate or passport!!  

You might also advise me as to which email service provider would be easier to deal with - to communicate with - one that would enable us to deal more quickly with such problems referred to in this message!

 
I was locked out of my email account.  I have verify who and am and the password was reset and an email was sent to me to login and set me email.  The link doesn't work.  It says this service is not available.  I can't find any other help support for this problem.  What do I do next?

I am currently running three computers with Skydrive on it:

1. Windows 7 Machine with the desktop Skydrive App - All up to date
2. Windows Surface pro 2- Latest version of Windows 8.1
3. Windows 8 Pro Desktop - Latest version of Windows 8.1

Here is my problem:

I open a PDF in the desktop version of Adobe reader (Latest version on all devices). I am able to highlight on on the Windows 7 Machine in Adobe Reader, click save, it then asks to "save as" so I replace the old document. Great, everything syncs I can then pull it up on the two Windows 8 Devices.

Now, I on either Windows 8 devices I do the same process, open the .PDF file in desktop view, add notes and highlights and click save, then it asks to replace the existing version, great again, it saves. However, it will not update on Skydrive at that point. I have to go into Skydrive on one of the other devies, delete the older version on that other computer for the new version to be able to sync. If I do no delete this file then no other folder or file on Skydrive will sync until I delete this older version.

I am at a loss! I have tried it with so many PDF's and the same result! I am about to go back to Drop Box! This is the most simple task and yet it fails at doing this. It is only doing it when saving .PDF in the desktop application, it doesn't do this with any other file type or in Adobe Touch.

Does anyone have any idea's?
