A few months ago, I decided to delete my existing hotmail address and create a new one (my account was hacked). When I entered the settings to do so, I saw that an "alias" could be created. Thinking this would solve my problem and save my existing email address, I created an Alias. However, the next time I attempted to login, it reported that the email does not exist. So, I thought I needed to enter the Alias email to login, but that did not work either. Not having the time to figure it out, I created a brand-new outlook account and notified some friends and family of the new address. The new outlook account never works right (which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable), but that's the next problem I'll tackle. The thought of creating yet another email address with a different vendor is not at all appealing.
My fear is that my old email is actually still valid and receiving emails. But I am not able to access them.
I was hopeful there would be a customer service phone number I could call to discuss. How naive of me!
Can someone help?

I have a subscription on Office 365 with the right to install this on 5 PC's.
I have recently bought a new PC, but still occasionnally use my old PC. For some reason the downloaded mail in my new computer disappears as soon as I use the old computer and download there all the mail. In other words, for some reason I cannot see the same mail on both computers. It seems that the old computer acts as a master and the new one as a kind of annex. This is very embarrassing as I then loose all the mail in my new computer.
I'm sure I have done a setting wrong, but don't know where to look. What I would like is that both computers fully syncronize all the mail and keep them in store.
Can somebody here help?

Ich hatte Probleme mit Email (t-online) und habe das Officepaket dann deinstalliert, weil mit Repair auch nichts zu holen war.
Nach der Neuinstallation will ich das Konto einrichten zu t-online. Ich komme bis
Kontoeinstellungen testen,
was erfolgreich abschließt. Bei WEITER kommt eine Outlook-Meldung
"Der angeforderte Vorgang ist fehlgeschlagen" Bei OK und WEITER komme ich immer wieder zu dieser outlook-Meldung und es geht nur mit ABBRECHEN weiter
Jetzt habe ich festgestellt, dass wenn ich auf Menü Ordner die Einstellungen für AutoArchivierung und dann Erweitert wähle, kommt die Outlook-Meldung: "Der Vorgang konnte nicht ausgeführt werden. Ein Objekt wurde nicht gefunden"
Das gleiche passiert in Ordner-Eigenschaften.
Im Outlook-fenster habe ich auf der linken Seite (Favoritenordner) einmal Benutzer@t-online.de und Benutzer@t-online.de (1).
In den Kontoeinstellungen sehe ich im Register EMAIL keines von beiden. Ich sehe diese nur unter Datendateien.
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

I have had an outlook.com account for some time but cannot add any email accounts. I receive this message:
You need to verify your account before you can add a new account. Or just keep using your Outlook account for a few more days. The delay helps us discourage spammers. Sorry to get
in your way.
Now I have verified my account a while back and I have remained logged in to outlook.com for several days straight to no avail.

I run WIN 8.1. I have a main folder This PC/OS(C)/USERS/RAVI /DOCUMENTS/RAVI'S FILES. This folder contains 15 sub folders. Each sub folder has many files of various types such as .doc .pdf .jpeg etc. I have identified the main folder -RAVI's FILES to be
synced in Skydrive. This folder along with sub folders and all files can be seen in the Skydrive folder of my PC in File Manager. While opening skydrive on the net I find that only the main folder RAVI''s files and the 15 sub folders are seen but none of the
files in each of the sub folders. How to sync all the files in each sub folder to skydrive on cloud? Also periodically when I make changes to these files how to ensure they would automatically sync with cloud skydrive?

I have bought some extra Skydrive storage as was notified it was needed for what I want to store.
Skydrive has uploaded all the files but no contents, the computer has been left running for three days and nights in the hope something more would upload. Do you have any advice please?
I have Windows 8.1 and can't find a way to see what is happening with the upload progress.

I accidentally flagged one of my own deleted sent messages as a Phishing scam as I deleted it. Now I get a spam e-mail this morning from myself. I haven't gotten that before. What the **** do I do about that?
Can anyone tell me if i can make my skydrive folders NOT download to my PC IN WINDOWS 7?
I just want them to stay in 'the cloud' and not sync 60GB of data to my Hard Drive.
I can only find how to change offline folder options for Windows 8.1, nothing seems to be available in Windows 7.
(Sorry if this has been dealt with elsewhere, my searches keep locating the same 8.1 threads)

account is forwarded to my mail to outlook.com. It works from some time (few weeks).
Occasionally I recevied information from some people that they sent mail but there is no answer.
In all cases I didn't recevied these mails.
I just did one tests and it is true - missing mail which should be forwarded.
I need help.
