Can I create a Quick Steps that will save a email to a folder in Windows Explorer?
Emails keep disappearing from my Microsoft Outlook inbox in my  "live.com" account after 2 weeks. 
This only started recently - about 2 months ago. I wasn't initially too aware of it as my MacBook Air (which does not use the webbased outlook) has always been able to keep my emails - so I have them all still

However, I also use outlook in my Windows PC at work or in the desktop at home or on iPhone, 

I can only see 2 weeks in my inbox.
I can see ALL my sent items, my archived items, my emails in the subfolders in my inbox and in other folders. 
If I delete an email from the inbox - it doesnt disappear! i can still find it after 2 weeks. 

Its only the undeleted emails in my inbox that disappear

I have no rules  re archiving.
I have set outlook to display all 
I have set  outlook NOT to allow programs to delete permanently 

Its very strange and fustrating when on the go.

 I see from the discussions that it is a problem with a lot of people.

My son who uses gmail - NEVER has had emails disppearing like this.
How can I make ONLY a person's name show up in the to area rather than having their e-mail address show up. When I do mass mailings I don't want everyone's e-mail address show up.

My hotmail account switched over to outlook.com without my e-mails and folders all the itemes i had in the folder as gone god only knows where

please will you tell me how to get all my items back into the new outlook acc because i have tried to find this hotmail folder since it changed over the thing is i have not been able to reply to some of rny e-mails that i put in the hotmail folder before the switch over without dealing with it

hope i can get the plain english result answer to this mess soon it is doing my head in

or microsoft has deleated it.

My custom domain was active for years in the Admin Center (domains.live.com) ... now it is not showing up in the Admin Center

 

I waited a couple of months, especially since the Oct wave was near RTW ... and I did check periodically ... but given its already Nov, thought it best to ping y'all

I cannot open to read my e-mails, go to junk or deleted folders. Is Hotmail/outlook have tech problems this week? I am just about over all of this and thinking of switching to a new mail carrier. This is ridiculous, MICROSOFT get It TOGETHER or find People who know what they are doing!
There are multiple SkyDrive folders on my windows 8.1 PC.  I really only want and only use one.  I would also like to push the entire MyDocuments folder to SkyDrive so I could always have everything on my home and work PCs.  

Yes, I experienced the tortures of the damned when I started using SkyDrive because I was a Office Live customer and tried to use that account with Office 365 subscription and SkyDrive.  MSFT helped me address that problem.  Now I would like some help and advice for managing my SkyDrive.  

When I use the Windows 8.1 SkyDrive client to access my drive I see only a subset of the data with which I work.  How do I know that the SkyDrive folder in my documents is syncing with the cloud?  It certainly does not appear to be doing this.  

Can I just delete the other sky drive folders from my computer and just keep the one I use?
How do I link the SkyDrive folder on the PC to the one in the cloud?

Now how do I get the entire MyDocuments folder to sync?  

Is there a desktop client that works with Windows 8.1?  How do I get it?

When attempting to sign in today I am repeatedly getting the message 'we could not send the [verification] code--- this is on two different land-based phone lines that are otherwise working fine. I've also been unable to receive texts from Microsoft on my cell. Outlook indicates that the code has been sent, but the phone does not receive it. I've tested my cell and it too is receiving calls, working fine. Please help! Thanks
