I'm new to outlook.com.  Two related problems:  (a) The system keeps sending wanted messages from trusted sources (even calendar reminders!) straight to my junk box.  Marking such messages as 'not junk' does not stop the same thing happening next time round.   (b)  Some of the messages that do arrive in my inbox are junk and I mark them as such.  However, the next time such a message comes from the same source it aqain goes into my inbox instead of being automatically routed into 'junk'.  How can I correct these?
Hello, I'm using Outlook for a domain I own at http://domains.outlook.com . I would like to reset the password of one user who obviously forgot his password but we cannot find it using "Forgot my password". So can you please enable "Reset my password" for my domain? Thank you in advance!

Ps. The domain for which I would like "reset my password" to be enabled is ircagency.gr. Thank you!
Hello -

I run a small business and send out quotes/confirmations by e-mail to clients.  Most of my e-mails that are sent to Hotmail users end up in their JunkMail instead of their Inbox.

My business e-mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  (from a website hosted by GoDaddy). This is very frustrating as those who do not regularly check their junk mail assume that we are ignoring them or not answering their e-mails.

I've been told that their are 'whitelists' with hotmail which ensures that my e-mails will be received. I have contacted Microsoft support twice now and have not received a response.

How do I go about getting whitelisted so that ALL emails end up in clients inboxes?

Thanks in advance!
Jon

Without going into extreme detail, I'll be short...
I had an email in my inbox from 2004. It was the last words I had from a friend, before he passed.
I need that email back.
I understand its way beyond the "inactive" phase, and I never deleted it, so clicking "restore deleted emails" won't help.
I know what I'm asking; It will require someone digging into the archives, pulling a dusty old harddrive from its shelf, and accessing the emails that I'm sure were stored for security/archive/whatever purpose.
I'm not being rude. I just know it's possible, and would really like to read my friends last words to me.
Please help me.
outlook lost my hotmail emails on my windows 8 computer they are still there on my windows 7 computer.  It was there for several months on the windows 8 and now it is gone.  Any ideas?

How can I set up my email where when I get a new email it will ding or pop up on my desktop to alert me??

I installed Skydrive and bought enough storage to deal with all my data.  I then synched my iphone, ipad, laptop, desktop at work and desktop at home and for a few days everything was absolutely seamless.  Yesterday a problem emerged.  On the pc at home (running windows 7) everything is still visible.  On all the other devices the majority of the files are missing.  Some whole folders have gone and some of the sub-folders have gone from those folders which have survived.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling on a couple of devices but to no avail.  What can I do ?

Hi, We have an hybrid institutional setup for SharePoint; locally hosted SharePoint server for legal reasons and also SharePoint Online which is intended for student use. Can we modify the Welcome message, seen below, so that we can make it clear to our staff members that SharePoint Online is student-only?

Thanks
Greg Pemberton
