How can i do it?
My email tell me my emails are erased by some program in my pc,
when I go to forward a e-mail to someone my little list pops up and on this list to forward to I see email addresses that I don't know and some look like **** or some other ****! for example ones called angrewomen..something or another! I can delete these
but when the list is all people I know it won't let me keep scrolling down the list anymore to delete the trash out! i'm not very good with computers!! from,Ticked Off
Tried logging onto Hotmail and got a message "It looks like someone else might be using your account" So I filled out the form and Microsoft sent me a issue number and shorty thereafter an email saying they verified who I was, and instructed me to login
and change my password. I tried that but the hacker already changed my email. So under the login boxes I clicked "Can't access your account?" and entered my email and password and it told me a password reset email was sent to my alternate email. But I never
got one. I repeated this 3 times and still didn't get one. I called Microsoft customer support and the only thing they could tell me was resend the form to verify who I am. I did that, but the form only has fill in boxes to verify who I am, and no place for
me to describe my problem. They sent me an issue number, but all that does is verify me, and they will tell me once again to logon and reset my password.
The hacker stole my password and changed my alternate email!!! HOW do I get my account back????
Has anyone experienced a set of error messages when installing Windows Essentials/Windows 8?
At the responses directions, I made sure storage is not a problem and I don't understand why these errors should occur. Please let me know if you have any information on this topic.

I have a message stuck in the Outbox. It keeps sending and resending and is being delivered to one, but not both, intentded receipents. I am unable to find a way to delete it or stop it from being sent anymore.
Can anyone please let me know how to stop it?

Using Internet explorer and my outlook.com account is sending randon spam E-mails to my contact list. Believe my account has been hacked.
