I want to slow mo a clip but the options to do that are not there and i'm frustrated, it is no where on YouTube and i don't know what to do.

I am using on line outlook to create a database useable by several workers.
When using the on line version, why does outlook remove a contact from a group when I edit the same contact?
I am using IE 11 and Win 8.1 all up to date. Tried disabling cache / database in browser. No help there.

My hotmail email address has been "spoofed". Meaning - someone is sending emails with my email address as the sender but they are not actually being sent from my account. Contacts who are no longer in my address book receive are receiving them in addition
to current contacts. How do I stop this? My IT guy said there is a way but how??!! I know in the past when my email has been hacked that it shows the messages in my deleted or sent folder and that is not the case now. Please help!!
My step mom has been trying to access her email account for a few weeks now. She tries to sign in with her password and she is informed the password is incorrect.
She went to fill out the form to recover her password, and Microsoft emailed her back and informed her the answers to the questions don't match and she needs to fill out a new form. There are no other possible answers to the questions you ask.

After changing my primary alias my sent messages became undeliverable and now I am unable to access my account it indicates I must try later.
In windows live mail when I click on a link in any message I get the error message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is installed please create an association with it in the default programs control". Does anyone know what program operates the links in windows mail messages? I am using windows 7 and Windows Live Mail 2012.

Frequently when I attempt a new or forward the contact suggestions do not come up and I must enter the entire contact address in order to send.
I was working on a new Movie Maker project, but now I can't open it anymore and I don't know why. It says the file might be damaged or not compatable.
