Hi there,
it has come to my attention that sometimes when I send an email, the name that goes with it is not my own name. in fact, it's my alias. I have not put this other name as my alias anywhere in hotmail options. it is an alias that I use for my other anonymous
hotmail address. The only thing I can think of is that with this other address, I have linked my primary hotmail account to have passwords retrieved. Other than that link, however, these two emails are completely separate.
I alreayd checked and it doesn't look like I have linked other emails to my primary account.
it's very strange. can anyone help me?

Is there a way in Outlook.com that I can stop pop-ups from Microsoft at the bottom of the screen appearing, and also to remove the panel from the right side of the screen after the scroll bar where ads keep appearing? I cannot see any personalisation settings that will let me do this.
I recently worked on two separate documents. Saved the changes to Sky Drive. Said yes to replacing the existing document with the new document and both times returned to the documents only to find them in their original condition, without the updated changes.
This is maddening and frightening. First, is there anyway to uncover/recover the changed document and second, how do I prevent this from happening again?

I am running 8.1 on my laptop and have the app but when I open documents that are on it I cannot open the most update version of the word file I have done using either my mobile phone or tablet. I really need to be able to access these files in order
to print copies off as I cannot print from my phone or tablet. Will there be an update soon that will fix it or I will have to try and remove 8.1 Pro from my laptop.
