How to send a subfolder in Inbox to Flashdrive please?
Can anyone help me. I logged into outlook.com using my hotmail account, and EVERYTHING is gone. No emails, no contacts! Everything is gone! Does anybody know what is going on? It has my account details (name etc.) but it appears as a brand new account
with zero history.
Could someone please help, as I've had this account since the 90's and have lost quite a significant amount of data here.

Just want to check that when I delete emails from outlook they are not automatically deleted from my server. Can't find anywhere in settings to check this.

I believe my account was not active and when hotmail was migrated over to outlook, it was either deleted or suspended. I need to log into to my hotmail account as I have a few important emails in there which I desperately need to retrieve.

I would like to change my password, but the system rejects my request because it's a password I ever used long time before.
The problem is that now I am frequently creating new passwords that I never use and hard to remember, new passwords that I am sure I will forget again 2 months later to recreate other ones again and again.
I want to be able to reuse a precedent password that I will easily remeber, is there any way?

I am trying to set up my office computer to be able to send & receive my Live.com emails. The office computer tech tells me to get the POP & SMPT settings for Live.com so I can configure it manually on the office computer, because that's the only way
I can set it up so it doesn't delete my emails after downloading to the office computer. Where do I find the POP & SMPT settings for Live.com?
