COMPLAINT RE LACK OF SUPPORT

On 29/10 I posted a question regarding the sudden inability to send an email. A large red cross appears and "This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of the information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame".  I have optimised my browser as suggested which has had no effect whatsoever, I do not have another computer to use nor another email account.

 

I understood that I would have a reply to my original post within 24 hours, which has not happened. I have had a live chat with Vincent who was unable to help and I have telephoned Microsoft Customer Service only to be told that as I am using a free email address (Hotmail), they cannot help me.

 

To say I am angry is an understatement.  Through no fault of my own I have not been able to reply to emails or send new ones for three days now and the lack of support from Microsoft is appalling.  Can you please respond to my request for help as promised or, better still, sort out the problem that is occurring with one of your products.

Merge two Outlook.com accounts, the 30 Days way

I understand that directly merging two Microsoft Accounts are not possible. But I would like to know if there are any workarounds. I have a proposal but I am not sure if this is good enough. I have two accounts like account A (hotmail.com) and B (outlook.com). I want to retain the account B and throw away account A but the only good about A is that I have 25GB of Skydrive space whereas B has only 7GB.

I created an alias for A named C (outlook.com) and made C as primary. So basically I now have B & C (both outlook.com).
Now my question is if I follow the below process would it help me to get the email address of B into C?
1. Create an alias for B and name it D (outlook.com) and make it primary.
2. Remove the Alias B (which I ultimately want to retain).
3. Wait for 30 days for this ID to be available again.
4. Create a new Alias for Account C with the email address of B.
5. Make the alias B as primary and delete the alias C.

The process is -- 
A (hotmail) --> C (outlook) -------after 30 days-------------------> Create Alias B --> Delete C.
B (outlook)  --> D (outlook) --> Delete B --> Wait for 30 Days ----------> Delete D.

Will this work and at exactly what time of the 30th day would my email id be free, is there a particular time of the day or its exactly 24Hrs * 30 Days?

Increasing Email Account limit

Hi All,

I currently host my domains emails under domains.live.com. However I am limited to only 50 accounts max. Is there a way I can increase this limit? Thanks!

Hacked Email

My email (Hotmail) account has been "hacked" 3 times in the last 2 months. This week it happened again and I have changed my password to a challenging one, and I am still getting notification from "Mailer Damon" and other friends that I am sending strange messages. I don't know what else to do at this point! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spam EMails going out from my email acct

I have emails being sent out from my email acct. It doesnt appear to be hacked as I have had that before and it showed sent mail from my sent box. THis is just randum emails going out to my contacts and nothign showing sent in my sent box. Can anyone help here ? Thanks !!!!

I cna sign in but then get a screen saying sorry there is a currently a tempruary problem with outlook. And no emails beign visible is any oen else gettign this problem?

I am unable to permanently delete blocked email list in hotmail.  Deleted list just reappears after being deleted so I continue to get error 4202 when syncing.  Can a system admin help me with this?  I notice others have the same issue.  Thank you
