não estou conseguindo limpar a caixa de entrada do meu e-mail.Sempre que tento aparece uma mensagem dizendo que posso realizar essa ação,como resolvo esse problema ?

Hola, necesito usar Microsoft Producer pero luego de instalarle y al momento de usarlo me pide constantemente que necesito además el Microsoft animation runtime y a pesar de instalarlo, no corre es más no se abre Microsoft producer. Ayúdenme por favor.
