I have tried and tried to sign in to my Hotmail account without success, it keeps telling me to try later.
I want to close an email account, however, I want to keep my emails by transferring them to another account. I don't want to have to email each email to the other email account. OR, is there a way to store the emails (and folders) on my computer. The objective is to close the account and keep the emails.

Any suggestions?

Hello - I need help important emails are not coming through to my account.  Senders tell me they are receiving bounce back errors.

This is business critical that I have this resolved - please let me know how to fix as soon as possible.

How can I download and print all my email addresses with just the name and email address. I require this information as a back up to store separate from my computer in case the computer gets lost, stolen or breaks down.
This is why I am leaving  Microsoft. Running me around for 2 hrs to cancel auto renewal which keeps auto advertisements out. 
I was referred to : commerce .,microsoft.com . I answered all the questions, and ended up here.  Same old story computer down try later.
MS doesn't  care about its customers. 
How can I close a skydive account when I can't remember the password.  Or how can I get customer support to chat with me to completely reset the password?

Downloaded photo folders from portable storage . When opened they were individual files , all 9170 of them. How do I get them back into folders on photo gallery>

Here's my issues:

  1. I created a group
  2. I edit the group and start typing names into the "Add Member" field

Issue: One of my contacts has a microsoft.com account and hotmail.com account. I want to choose the hotmail.com account for this mailing list, but I only have the option of chosing the microsoft.com account

 

The status page lists no problems for People. How do I fix this?

Update, the other person's contact showed up after refresh. They were a new contact...maybe a sync needed to happen. I still have the above issue.

As of at least 6:00 a.m. on 10/31/2013, my account is no longer receiving email.  I have sent test emails from various email accounts to no avail.  I CAN however send from the account just fine.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
