I am being blocked from sending emails as I have breached a daily limit, What is it? I can't have sent more than 3 today - how do I increase the limit?

The account I am having a problem receiving mail is a hotmail (live.com) account. I do have another hotmail account and am receiving messages, but, that account is set of at a pop3 account.

I'm unable to view my Hotmail emails. I received an error "Service Not Available" when I try to sign in.
I have to sign in with my user name and password each time I go online. Used to be able to click on the hotmail icon and it would take me to my inbox. How do I set my account up to be automatic again?

For a long time when I wanted Hotmail I did not have to key in my email address...just the password.
Now I have to key in the address every time and I find this very tedious. How can I put this right ?

Because I use messenger I got an email saying that I had to download Skype, even tho I won't be using it. I downloaded it and then Hotmail opened but all my emails were gone. One 'new' one welcoming me to Hotmail. What happened to all my emails and how

É um problema recorrente, pois quando tento arquivar uma mensagem em CCO de meu próprio email, a mesma desaparece, porque na relação de remetentes bloqueados consta o "Hotmail.com", que só pode ser excluído por alguém que possua autorização para isso.
Antigamente não enfrentei esse tipo de problema, porém agora já é a segunda vez, em pouco tempo, que o problema aparece. Agradeço que alguém solucione o problema.
