I can access my hotmail account from my laptop, but I can't access it from my Android phone. Until yesterday, I was able to log into the account from the phone, but since yesterday morning I haven't been able to log in. It all started when I noticed that

Microsoft has reported an Outlook / Hotmail outage for Jan. 7-9, although it has removed some of the details from its Hotmail services page. I still have no service and cannot log in. I've rebooted my various devices. Does anyone know at Microsoft that
