since yesterday, i am not receiving my emails, but they send, i believe this is a server issue for my account, and can of course find no one to speak to who can help me, i have been sent to this forum 4 times now.  please advise.
I've had my account for almost 6 years and never needed the password, now its asking for it with a terms of use and we don't remember the password.
desde hace varios días, la página del correo no se abre del todo. registra los mensajes nuevos que llegan, pero no aparecen en la pantalla. tengo que apagar y reiniciar varias veces para que funcione. (estoy harto).
My internet was out for a few hours and when it came back on line my Outlook email opens with a warning that I am off-line and asks if I want to go on line.  I have to respond 3 times before it opens and brings in mail.  The same warning occurs when sending.   How do I get id of this problem?
My Windows live mail is unable to retrieve email messages.  It asks if I want to work on line but when I click on Yes it ask me again You are working off line, would you like to go on line now I click yes and the cycle goes on again.  The I get a messages saying the windows live calendar was interupted.  Can any one help me find out why I am always off line?
I'm running SkyDrive on my Windows 7 computer and when I have it running my internet connection is averaging about 2mbps at all times even though all of my files are up to date and synchronized. It has been eating through about 20GB/day of my internet bandwidth. Help!
I have three email accounts and I've been noticing that when some people email me at my main account the name of one of my linked accounts show up as well. I don't want this to happen as the linked account is a private email that I don't share with ANYONE but yet its being shown to anyone who emails me. How do I stop this without having to completely close out the account?
I am having a problem opening my e-mails at times, not all the time, but just when I first go the Hotmail.com and sometimes I'll go to other sites with no problem an go back to Hotmail.com and still not be able to get in, like right now.  Thank you.  Brenda Nettles

I'm using my SkyDrive to host files for a group project for school (I'm a Master's candidate in English). My group and I have noticed some problems on some of the computers on campus where SkyDrive loads in a language other than English. The problem does not occur on every computer, but we cannot figure out how to change it. We found a Language setting at one point, but all the choices are in the language we can't read, so we're not sure which one is U.S. English. Fortunately, this hasn't caused too many problems yet - we've just moved to other computers and tried again - but as we get closer to Final Exams, I worry that there won't be another computer to move to. SkyDrive has been SO much more convenient than keeping files on flash drives and e-mailing them to each other, and I don't want to remove our files, but I'm not sure what to do - if we can't use the site, it doesn't do us much good.

Thank you so much for any and all help/suggestions!

When I click on "Insert" there is an error message and Outlook temporarily shuts down. Cleared browsing history and restored advance settings, made no difference. This started when they replaced the attachment icon with "Insert". Does anyone know how to stop this foolishness? (without moving to IE10)

Cheers
