Browser Hotmail sign in says service unavailable

Although my windows phone can send and receive emails - i can't use IE or chrome to view emails.
Sky Drive is OK


I get 
Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.



Seems like part of the service is unavailable, attempts to log this are just met with - "we can't respond directly but..."


Its been like this for 2 hours now.  (12 am 25th feb 2013)

For the past two hours I have been unable to get into my hotmail account, except on one occasion when I could see all my messages but couldn't open any of them.  I have tried re-setting my password but that had no effect.  Is there a simple solution?   
I'm using an iMac (new last summer) which has given no problems before.  I'm still getting e-mails on my mobile phone.

The hotmail service is unavailable 10.50 am 25.2.13 Is anyone else having problem?

I have been trying to log into hotmail for over an hour & keep getting 'service unavailable'. Is anyone else having this problem?

When I try to open my e-mails I get the message that the service is unavailable. I have checked the server status and it says that everything is ok. Can somebody tell me what is wrong and how I access my e-mails?

I have been using hotmail for years and have relied on the convenience of Messenger bringing up a popup alerting me to new mail out of my icon tray.

Well I have tried some third party stuff and have found only one to work with hotmail.   poppeeper    go to poppeeper.com  it seems to install pretty much automatically without having to mess with POP  settings.    This program will do what messenger did as far as notifiying you of email.  

 

 

 

Optional: If you want poppeeper to redirect you to you hotmail (now outlook) use the URL function and enter www.hotmail.com 

too much junk mail after upgrading to windows 7

I have recently upgraded my system to windows 7 and I am now getting 50+ junk emails which I never had before I have been putting them on my blocked senders list thinking that it would get better but its not is there a way I can fix my settings to stop them???

Instale el darksiders 2 y cuando lo intento abrir, sencillamente no abre, y cuando busco una solución al problema dice "aplicación incompatible" no se si se pueda hacer algo-
