Question about Outlook Express

I get way too much junk mail to this address so I would like to delete it permanently. When I try to delete it, it  tells me I need to deactivate/close the account first. When I try to do that, it tells me that I need to settle my billing account with Microsoft. When I go to the billing page, it tells me that I have no record. How can I delete this account? Thank you. 

I havent received any of my emails all day long,  I have no idea why.  I tried contacting msn and have not been able.  Any ideas what can be causing thi and what i can do. I've searched all over the web for help and no solution.  It was working fine yesterday, woke up today and no email. my wife email is doing the same so I know its an account issue.  I havent received any error messages or anything like that.

I have multiple Microsoft IDs which are linked to different services. Because of this, I need to use a local account on PCs and then must connect to various services using the appropriate Microsoft ID. This works fine with some apps (Mail/Calendar/People) but not so well with SkyDrive. I do not want to switch my local account to a specific Microsoft account.

As I look at the banner on this page, proclaiming "By using this site you agree to the use of cookies for analytics, personalized content and ads.", it seems to me that this is part of  the same issue and that Microsoft is doing the same thing that Google is with its efforts to have us constantly connected to our Google accounts. I would be most perturbed to think that Microsoft would run a campaign such as "Scroogled" while participating in the same behavior (I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!)

If these companies wish to turn us from clients into product, then they owe a lot more than they are currently providing. Heck, I would pay a subscription for them to keep my information private. They would gain earnings visibility and make more money. Any takers? Are you listening Microsoft?

Hi , Is it possible to save my booksmarks in my hotmail/outlook account just i like its available in gmail ?

My Outlook.com account is not receiving emails, I can send but not receive.  I sent a test email to myself using the account; the account acknowledges I "sent" the email, but has not "received" the same email.  I noticed the problem on October 30, 2013.

When I go to the skydrive folder on my PC only 4 of my files show up, however when I log into skydrive on the internet I have many other files saved.  Why are only a few of my files showing up on the PC side?
