In ouitlook I cannot open sites by clicking on the site address. I have to right click, bring up a menu, and select "
open. What happened?
I just bought a Nokia 920 a week ago. I am not sure what happened at the AT&T store, but the stored password on the phone is longer than anything I ever use. At the store they told me I would get an email but I didn't. I can't change the email name, so
anything I upload to the Sky Drive, I can't access. When I tried to change the password, MS was no help. Their form asked for old passwords and emails. But there are none, so form came back, asking for more information, but of course there is none.
Can my password be retrieved? I don't want to have to pull the SIMM. I've done a lot of work adding live tiles already.

Today I heard from my 83-year-old mother. She said that FOUR different moving companies had called her due to the emails she had sent them requesting information on moving from California to New York. The first one called at 7:45 in the morning, the
last one close to 5pm.
She had never requested the information, and the email account they cited is not hers even though it has her first letter of her first name and her last name. It is a hotmail account.
Obviously someone is deliberately harassing her. How can I get the account shut down?

It was blocked by too many password tries. I've reset my password, but I don't know how to get into my account. Can anyone help me?
I can't get my Word Processor to work. When I click on Microsoft Word 2010, All I get is Click-to-Run configuration I have tried to uninstall and re-install. Will somebody please show me the simple way to get it working again or send me instructions to
get it working again. I need it for school.

Hi i am trying to retrieve my very important deleted sent emails.. I tried that recovery function from the deleted messages menu and they did not come back.. Could you please help me as the emails are super important to me!!
