When I open an e-mail or write an e-mail, it fills the entire screen and I am unable to make it smaller in size on the screen. The downsize option in the right hand corner only works when I am viewing my inbox, not when I try to downsize an e-mail message.
Can this be fixed?
Since the upgrade I cannot find out how to get my contacts it looks like I lost them what are contacts listed under now

I receive business email and invoices to my hotmail. my hotmail had important information that was lost. can i get my email that were in my hotmail back.
When MSN automatically changes my email to outlook I am unable to get to my email. I did not want a change. I go into the help tab and am unable to change back to hotmail. WTF!
All of a sudden I can't forward emails from my msn.com email account. There is no "forward" to click, as there always used to be. Will someone help this computer-illiterate senior citizen?
