Since the recent update of Outlook, I have not received a single email. I have tried sending an email to myself from another email service and it never showed up.
Help please, I use this on a constant basis to communicate with friends and work.

I was attempting to use my new Outlook email for business purposes abroad. It was working fine until I got this message when trying to respond to a message, "Please verify your account. We've noticed some unusual activity
in your Outlook account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account." I've tried to contact Customer Service which was extremely unhelpful. I've verified the account through my gmail account and through the authenticator on my phone. It just
seems to be incapable of sending me a text message code to an international phone number. Now my website is locked until I am able to respond to their message through my primary outlook account. I am about to start all over and use my very reliable gmail account.
How can I resolve this issue?

For some reason my mail app won't update my emails, and refreshes to the emails (both read and 'unread') i had 3 days ago (Tuesday). It even recognises that the emails were received on Tuesday, so it doesn't have the days confused, so to speak. I changed
my settings from 'show emails separately from subscriptions and social media' to 'show in the same folder' (inbox), and it adapted to that! But the emails shown are exactly the same! If i access my mail accounts (one is hotmail, the other is gmail) elsewhere,
for example, online or on my phone, i can see that i have new emails, but they don't show up on the app. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi I have a email that I need to use for my Xbox Live, but I can't remember the password to it. I've tried many times to reset the password, and it does say that they sent the reset link to my alternate Gmail account. However, I still haven't received
it, so I think they might have sent it to a different email of a similar name. Is there a way to change the alternate email so as to receive the reset password link?? Btw I cannot do the advanced option of verifying my account because I forgot what I wrote
as particulars. So this is probably the only way I can get my email password restored and use my Xbox Live properly again....

My computer is Windows 7 , The "spell check" did appear on top next to options on Outlook page before. But recently it disappeared. I can't find "spell check" on the top and it does not work when I write email. I would like to know how to reinstall the "spell check". Thanks!

Hello I have set some sites to be blocked from my childrens' profiles. It did work but I noticed the other day they were accessing these sites. I checked that the sites were still blocked and they were. I deleted the blocked sites and re-entered them
but they can still access them. Can you advise.
