My Internet Explorer 8 cannot be opened via desktop shortcut or " start/programs". It can be opened only via "start/programs/accessories/system tools/Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). As a result some webs cannot be opened and read.
How can I return to the look of hot mail or to hotmail it self?
