I have an Orange Rio mobile phone which has an email facilty. Everytime I ask the phone to send and receive an email I receive the following message:

This is a regular occurrence and is now popping up all the time even when texting and using internet. I have contacted Orange who advise me this is a server problem with either Microsoft/hotmail and should contact you.
