I would like to know -why you changed over my Hotmail Account to CRAPPY "outlook" Account without my permission. I find it very invasive to open my hotmail email account one day and see that everything is different and it is now an "Outlook" Account
( which I do NOT like). I would like to know who the heck gave you permission to do this
I have a Dell desktop running Windows Vista 2007 and two years ago purchased an IPAD. When I access hotmail from either device and read, delete, manage folders, etc., it is updated on both devices. I recently purchased a MacBook Air that is not doing

A couple of weeks ago I started getting l"ow memory warnings" but my Hotmail worked normally. This morning I went to send an email and my entire Contacts List had disappeared. I got the memory problem solved but cannot find a way to get my list of contacts back. When I go to Contacts (People) I don't have any options, like manage, etc.
Is there anything I can do to recover my email contacts?

Hotmail upgraded my account to Outlook and now I cannot even access a sign in page most the time -- if I get a sign in page it usually won't load my inbox, and the two times my inbox loaded it didn't work -- nothing I clicked on worked at all, couldn't
even open an email. THIS IS HORRID! I have emails I need to access and obtain the documents people have sent me. Why couldn't hotmail just leave the account alone - or at least make sure it would work before forcing an upgrade???? I WANT MY OLD HOTMAIL
