Same mail got delivered 4 times in a day at same time with same content

Dear Team,

Please refer to the email id: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (Outlook PC client).

This email id user has raised a concern to us that On 21st October, he received same email 4 times at 1.37 PM (IST). This email was supposed to be delivered only once for this client but instead he received 4 different mail with same content (Buy Leads).

Please refer to the attached screenshot where:

1. Same subject line which cannot be generated in our mailing system for a single user receiving more than one email.

2. The very first buy lead is visible in the screenshot's mail preview section which is also same for all mails.

We send these mails using services of SendGrid and on this concern they said "this could have occurred due to Outlook or the recipient server, and not SendGrid".  The email did not remain in our logs for too long , it was processed at 10/21/13 3:07:03 AM CST (GMT -6) and delivered at 10/21/13 3:07:18 AM CST (GMT -6) . No other events have occurred during this time.

Why this user (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) received same mail multiple times?

Why he is receiving such mails from us (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) ONLY which are being sent via SendGrid and not from others?

Unable to open Outlook 2010, constantly requests key product number, then reconfigures, and then the whole process is repeated constantly.

Every time I attempt to open Outlook 2010, Anytime Upgrade appears and I am asked to insert my key Product number. After doing so reconfiguration of Office Home and Student 2010 commences, when this is completed successfully, the whole process repeatably starts again. Please help.

Hi I set up a new Hotmail account but it wont let me verify it, I even did the bit where I put in another email address to verify it and it sent me the code but my new account still wont go past this verify page to the inbox

Adding folders to outlook.com

According to the help information here, I am able to add a folder to outlook.com by opening up the side gutter and choose the + or add button.  None of this appears on my computer in fact I have no options like this.  Does anyone know how to add a folder to outlook.com?  Thanks

I accidentally typed in my email address and followed with my password in the email subject line. I want to delete thias but cannot seem to everytime I put my first letter in it comes up and as others use this computer I do not want them to see my password.

trouble with email

Everytime I log on to check my email I find it already open.  I have changed my password but I am getting the same results.  This happens everytime I log off on the internet then log back in a few minutes later.  The only way I can stop this is to stay on the internet and have the sign in window open for my emails.
