Question about Outlook Express

I hate the new site outlook...please I want to have my old email in Hotmail back instead . I will cancel this account complete . I really don't understand the way those people decided for the customer who use their site . I call the Hotmail support for help they asked me to pay .

how do I setup my email I have an email address but cant use it

account has been hacked, password changed sequrity question changed and custommer support want a £109 from me to get access again. Why is this when the area code for the account has been changed to a Thiland number when I live in United Kingdom

i know how to add a contact to a group or delete a whole group, but how do you delete one contact from a specific group?

I cant access my hotmail from my ipad anymore. It worked fine until 3 days ago. Since thne i get the message  "the connection to the server failed". I have deleted the account and set up a new one but the message remains the same. I can still access my hotmail from the pc site though. Thanks for helping me out. Ph.

I cannot figure out how to use my group listings to send emails.  I have the groups set up, but cannot figure out how to call up the group to send and email to that group without going through the contact list and clicking each person in the said group, which is counterproductive.
