I want to remove the ads in Outlook.com.

How do I get rid of the ads in Outlook? I thought Outlook was suposed to be "better" then Hotmail? In hotmail you couil click the little "x" and the ads dissapear. in Outlook, the ads don't dissapear and the only thing I can find about removing it is the link where I can pay 20USD to remove the ads for a year. Can someone show me how to remove the ads without paying the fee? Or beter yet, show me how to switch back to Hotmail? I did not chose to switch to Outlook...

where is my contact list? can’t find rest of my contact list that are not listed as favorites.

I cannot find the remainder of my contact list, those who are not listed as favorites. on hot mail I could go straight to contacts list and they were listed. I'm finding Outlook not easy to work with, and a general pain in the neck.

Deleted contacts from a group still show up in group email address bar, even though they are off of the group contact list. Can’t delete from group.

Even though it looks like I have deleted a contact from a group list,... unchecked the "group" name box and "applied", when I send out an email to the group, the address of who I deleted still shows up on the address bar. I can't get people off of the group even though my group list shows that they are off. All I can do, besides apologizing to unwanted recipients is to completely delete their address from my "all"contact list so they don't exist in my system at all.
This has been happening with the new Outlook program and wasn't a problem with the old one.

I used to be able to drag and drop photos/pics into my e-mail; can no longer do this in Outlook.  How can I do this again and why change it??

P.S. HATING the new Outlook email, note to the powers that be, if it aint broke, don't fix it.  We don't like it, do you all hear us??

EMAIL WON’T LOAD, KEEPS CLOCKING

I CAN SEE THE EMAILS BUT CANNOT CLICK ON THEM AND PAGE KEEPS CLOCKING.  HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR 2 DAYS.  CANNOT SWITCH PAGES TO READ PAST EMAILS.  FRUSTRATED!

Having recently upgraded to Windows 8, I cannot find the Spell Check icon that use to appear on top of the menu bar. Any suggestions please?
