My WP8 phone's main account has not been able to update for 3 weeks. I keep getting error code 85010014. It is the main email account so it can not be changed. I have other Hotmail accounts on this phone which I have no trouble with.
I have now asked the same question 3 times - how do I reset / fix my outlook account so that I do not have to take off my internet security to view my mail ? ....
AND DO NOT TELL ME THAT SOME-ONE ELSE HAS ANSWERED IT YET !!!! CAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED OR ANSWERED YET !!!!
