My inbox is full and other people's emails are boucning back from my hotmail (now outlook) account.

Today morning i receive a mail from windows live and in that mail they are asking me to fill my personal details like - username, password,dob,alternate id, password,country..i don't know this time its fake or true but i go throw all the previous scams
related to the same..tell me is this fake this time also..??

My email sent out rubbish email automatically and they are sent to important contacts!!!!! the email contains only one website.
Please suggest what should I do? I have already changed the password.

By the way, I have checked the "sent" box and I saw all the spam my email account sent. It sent to every contact!!!!!
Help, I need to restore my ALL email files. I mistakenly deleted the account after adding two different alias account. I was able to delete the alias accounts and restore my OLD email address but ALL THE FILES WERE DELETED. I had some very valuable files that I need and I need someone to help me restore my deleted files in my: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** before I did the changes today (4/22/2013). Can someone help me PLEASE. If you can get me e-mails back from 4/22/2013 at 3 p.m. and back it would be great. I realize that you may only have 5 days to get them back so I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

I noticed a contact was added to my live mail contacts even though i had not added it manually - I have a vague recollection that a contct is added after 3 replies to the same e-mail address? Is that corrrect and is there a setting to switch it off?

When signing into my account ( after the first letter is typed in) not only does my correct email address pop up but also several others that were
entered wrong in the past. The pop up is there to save time since you need only to left click the address and it pops up in the sign in window. How do I remove the addresses that are wrong?
