Question about Outlook Express

Tengo problemas para iniciar sesiòn. El sistema me indica que hay un error al iniciar sesiòn..Podrian ayudarme a encontrar la soluciòn? 

I want to know if my receivers have seen the emails I've sent...How can I know that my friends have seen the email I've sent to them..?

My account has been hacked and when I follow the links to reset my password, it comes up with 'there is a problem, try again later'. This has been happening for almost a week and I'm no closer to accessing my account. Any ideas??

Sir by 7th may my old account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is hacked and i couldn't open it and i couldn't reset passward also.  now i opened a new mail id of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  and iwanted to get my oldcontacts in this new mail id.   whether it can be possible.  may the hacked person would have changed the passward.   Pl help to get all my contacts as early as possible.  i was maintaining this for the past so many years this is the first time i got this problem.   what can i do

I dont understand why my password does not work after a few days/weeks.  I have noticed every few days I get a junk email from one of my contacts.

I`m unable to forward any documents or photos now as I used to,why?
