All of the emails from my inbox have disappeared for a 4th time! They seem to be deleted quite regularly now. Why does it keep happening? Even if I was able to find them in 'recover deleted email' or 'POP3' I can't remember all of the ones to look for.
They shouldn't just disappear randomly!

I am reposting my issue. It was escalted on 2 weeks ago with no resolution or feedback
1. my email address was deleted
2.my email account was recreated seconds after deletion
3. all my previous emails, folders and contacts was gone
4. requested support on the forum and it was escalated
5. no resolution from escalation
6. i was asked to repost my issue
Is microsoft going to resolve or restore my emails, folders and contacts
why does it feel that I am wasting my time and microsoft does not care
how long do do I have to wait before microsoft restores my emails
this support level is horrible.
Should I change my services to use Google or a 3rd party?
i am unable to send e mail messages from my iphone as of this morning. Error message is the username or password for smtp is incorrect- but I do not know what they are. How can I solve this. thanks

I get a Sky Sports Newsletter email that displays fine on the web outlook.com, but when I look at it using the Android app the contents of the email disappear off the bottom on the screen. The background image is displayed but the contents keep scrolling
further and further down (you can just about see them if you keep up by scrolling manually). The scrolling indicator on the right hand side just gets smaller and smaller as the size of the email effectively keeps increasing as the email contents continuously
move down.

I have a personal domain that was previously set up through Hotmail. Until yesterday I was able to send and receive mail by logging in to Outlook.com. Yesterday, all email traffic stopped. I can log in to my Outlook.com account fine. I can send emails
from my PC but can not send messages from any mobile device. I am unable to receive all messages. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Outlook.com. No error messages are received when I send emails to my Outlook.com account. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I have tried all the solutions listed here: I cannot sign into my account. What can I do to solve this issue? None of them have solved the problem.
I can access Calendar, People and other features.
The status of outlook is listed as working.
I have reset my password.
I have used different browsers (currently I am using Firefox 25.0, I have tried accessing my mail on the latest version of Chrome and IE).
I have cleared my cache.

I've been getting this message for months it's happening all the time. Windows and chrome are up to date and i've emptied the cache. Please help, driving me bonkers!
