I received an email, looks like from Microsoft(*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).

It asked me to re-confirm I am still using hotmail. Or my account will be closed. But I doubt it. Because I am using hotmail everyday. Also, I opened the account in US in English. But this email is in Chinese. So I ignore it. Am I right?

My opening Mail page needs to be another version

My opening mail page for my hotmail account is google chrome. I dont like it at all. I cannot even find where you forward. I want to change back to the former version or original version of the windows mail page. How do I do this? There are no options in the tools for google chrome. I can uninstall google chrome. Will that do it?

Hotmail account not found when trying to recover password

Hi,

I used to have a hotmail account named ***.  My last access to the account was back 2009.  Now I can no longer log in using that account.  I tried to recover the password but the system keeps saying account is not found.

Could someone help?

I think there was a similar question posted by someone else in this forum but there was no follow up solution.  So i thought I'd post it again for help
