I can’t find the drop down for groups anymore and can’t add a person to a group. How do I do it now?
It may be since I added messenger... but I no longer can find the group drop down box to check to and person or persons to a group I have already created. Can someone help?

This is the message that I get every few days when I attempt to get into my hotmail (outlook) account.

my outlook account is attaching separate emails to one another in my inbox. So if I reply to one person there be a chain emails from a different person attached to that reply. why? and how to make it stop?
Having used hotmail and now using the new outlook setup, it is a complete nightmare for me, and l just hate it!
The contact list is totally unusable. I select people, and their names are virtually non-existent apart from the top line of of pixels.
You then go to a help screen and it stops half way. There is more to show but there is no side slide bar to page down.
Whats's the problem fontwise?
