Original Title: How does SPAM/PHISHING email end up in our account when it isn't address to me?
Signing into my Hotmail.com account that is now under Outlook, approximately 11:30-11:45 a.m. DST 1/2/13.
I tried to send an e-mail with attachment to a regular business account and my entire address book was NOT available to me. I tried thru Outlook to see or recover the data to no avail.
What is the problem, has my account been hacked?
How can and how do I remedy this?
This is the FIRST time I have ever had this problem since setting up my Hotmail account in 2000. When Outlook took over these accounts, there have been problems!

Remove and reload Outlook Connector seems to help a day or two but then the error or errors are back.
