upgraded my internet explorer but lost my contacts on my outlook when I signed in

I have upgraded to explorer 10 the other day from Microsoft upgrades and seems that I have lost my people file in Outlook. Cannot edit, create or find contacts to use email. Have tried the outlook.com file and does not respond. What to do?

How do I turn off the default ‘Include original message with this reply’ please?

I have two (2) hotmail.com accounts, but when I log in, I only get one.  Whatis my problem?

Finding Contact List – HOW?

Why can't I find someone/somewhere to answer why I can't access my contact list. It was there and then one day - gone. I have tried and tried but NO HELP from Microsoft/Outlook. What do I do now??????

What kind of details can I include? I can't find my contacts. When I go into People all I get is a series of dots going in a circle. I have sent two emails to the "help" people and have heard nothing. Thank you for your help.

How do you add a contact to an existing group? I used to be able to do it but now the option doesn’t seem to be available. I can find no drop down menus that list groups. I use a Mac.
