When sending an email to another email address from which I received an email, I get the below message which has the subject of this thread. The email addresses are listed below (which I didnt copy) and nothing else. They are a large organisation and I cannot seem to email anyone there. Any tips as to how I can get around this?

I'm trying to export my contacts from Outlook.com, but every time I try to save the file I receive a message telling me that the file cannot be downloaded. Can anyone help me?

All of my files went missing from Skydrive. I recently migrated from a child account on xbox live to adult and now everything is missing. Is there a way to retrieve it? I had pictures of my newborn on there and I'm a little worried.
I restarted PC multiple times with no avail.
