Question about Outlook Express

hey there,

I have recently been advised that I need to bring some emails that were sent july 2012 - December 2012 to a court date. I have tried the auto recover but it only brought back a few emails and nothing from last year..

is there any way possible that I can recover these emails as they are really important for the court date. (if I new I was going to need them I would never have deleted them)

please help

Hello,

I was expecting to receive a message from a company interested in hire me for a job.

However they said by phone that they sent me the message which I never got in my inbox.

I called them and gave them another email adress and I could got the message.

Could you please let me know why hotmail adress could not receive the message and the other one could?

I also double check my deleted  and spam boxes messages and there's nothing in.

My sons e-mail (a .co.uk account) states someone else may be using it when he tries to sign in. When trying to verify it is actually his account through the security questions he has the problem that the questions are not relevant to him. They ask for recent sent e-mails, he only sends through a link for payment etc and doesn't remember any, it asks for received e-mails, he only knows one, it asks for xbox live account details, he doesn't have xbox live, he doesn't have a credit card to give a name from etc. This goes on and on and if he sends what he can enter it comes back as not enough info to verify. He needs this e-mail to receive DWP postings to receive medical benefits. Has he been hacked and this a phishing scam? The sky router was changed 17th June, if he hadn't signed out of e-mails previously could this be the problem? I only joined this forum today to try and get answers so don't quite know how I will get replies. I can supply his e-mail address to a moderator (?) if needed. A telephone number to talk to someone would be a far better idea for solving these sort of problems.
