I was recently notified by a contact that when they hovered over my email they saw different contact information for me, not my name but a derogatory alias (a bit embarrassing as the info was not really nice). they also do not see my photo. How can I
make sure that my actual information is shared? Or how can I remove this other information that they see? I have a hotmail account and am wondering if the change over to outlook has affected something.
Random emails with links are being sent to my contacts from my Hotmail account. How do I get rid of this bug without completely shutting down my Hotmail account.

For some reason, for a domain I set up on Outlook.com yesterday, I cannot get in to manage users for the domain. It just keeps kicking me back to the "Sign In" page at http://domains.live.com - it never lets me into the "manage" page where the domains
are listed and I can get to their users to make changes.
(this is not a global problem...if I log into domains.live.com with a different account it works fine)
Anybody have a fix for this?? One of the user's accounts is telling her it doesn't exist so I need to log in and kick the account / set it up again, but it's impossible to do that if I can't get to the manage page!
I know other people have complained about this in the past...what's the fix?
If any Microsoft reps see this, please set up a private message so I can tell you the domain name / account in question, thanks!

My mom made my account awhile ago and she input the wrong email address so now I can't change it and on top of all of that I forgot the password to sign on to Xbox on my Xbox but I can sign in on a computer. SO LOST HELP

Is there a way to expand the font to a bigger size when you are reading an email because I feel as if it is too small and most days I do not bring my glasses to work.
My other question is when you reply to an email the response that you are typing is blue, is there a way to change that color to black. Because blue sometime's starts to blur together when typing and makes it tricky to read.

I have a SkyDive Account that I use with my students. I have given them the link to a folder and then they can browse the folder to go to the place they want to. If they open a document on the iPad, then it will open and show the first page. However,
if you try to scroll down it doesn't work. This is all happening in Safari. IF I go to a new tab in Safari, and then go back to my document, it will work. I'm trying to figure out why this doesn't work the first time. My students get very frustrated in
seeing that the document is 4 pages long and they can only see the first page. Any ideas? The docuement scrolls perfectly on a PC or MAC.
