I know the email is correct so I don't understand why it is saying this.

I have had an account for many years, I haven't signed into the account for a while now. But the account would still be active and receiving many emails from various websites. Any time I attempt to sign in, or change my password for this account it says
'The Microsoft account is incorrect'.
This ID "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" was deleted by accident (actually a Tech support guy named Saranish at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** told me to do it). He assumed that I could change my "Primary Alias" in a "live" account that I don't use into the correct name (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). Every
time I did this The message that appeared was that then account name "was not available". This occurred even after another Tech support guy told me to wait 30 days before attempting to reactivate my correct account name. I am still unsuccessful doing this
and it is imperative for business purposes that the correct account name is reactivated. I need help reactivating the correct account name "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***".
I got windows 8 and signed up for the free outlook.com account email, then I got Outlook 365 and when it asked for me to make a email address and password I gave it the same one that I gave the
free outlook.com account. I thought 365 would just take over and when I clicked on the
Windows 8 mail tile it would go to the outlook 365 account. Now everything goes to the
free outlook.com account. Now I'm afraid to delete the free outlook.com account. I don't know what to
do. I just want outlook 365 and I would like it to come up when I click on the windows
8 mail tile. Can someone help me.

Tried to open word attachment from e-mail. Screen says windows is searching for a solution, then microsoft word has stopped working. Is this something to do with me trying to link up with a new Epson printer - also not successful. Really fed up!!!

Making what once took 1 step now several depending upon if you are downloading or printing the attachment is asinine. Are you going to serve your customers better by going back to the way it was before, (the common sense way)????? This makes no common
sense at all. My client's see your name on every email I send and it would be very difficult for me to change my email and get that out to my client's but if necessary, I will.
Why change something that was simple in one step and make it take several? Is that the Microsoft way?
I cannot be the only one asking this.
Please change this program back to the wise way.

I am unable to send any mail to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** the default e mail address I am using for nine or so years I suspect someone blocked it and I cannot afford to start a new database and the Hotmail address has all the data how am I going to transfer all that mail overnight I am told by most of the agents at Microsoft Customer Care to post this query on the Microsoft Account Forum please kindly help me reestablish the connection with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** the last mail from Microsoft Online came on June 28/2013

When deleting/reading an email on the Mail application for Mac, the corresponding email in Hotmail on the web does not get deleted/marked as read.

I am currently trying to access my email account as it is my main account in which i use. I am a student and all my lecture material is within my email account. Every time i try and access this account this message is displayed, This account cant be
used to access outlook.com. Your currently signed in with an office 365 email account, which cant be used with outlook.com. Any help would be much appreciated, even if my emails could be redirected to a different email address.
I use the OneNote applicaiton to edit files for work, and I always save them in the public folder to share with my colleagues. When I log into skydrive online, it is indeed in the pubilc folder.
However, when using the desktop app, and I go to sharing to retrieve to send to a colleague, the file is always shown as being in my persona l documents folder. Which means I have to go to skydrive online, login, and retrieve the link from there. Very
aggravating. Sometimes it will allow me to "change" it to public, and then share the link, but it resyncs the notebook as if it were being moved.
Any ideas about what's going on?
