Is there anyone who can remove the rule for 30 days waiting period to update security info? My account was hacked, MS used 3 weeks to reset the password, but I need to wait another 30 days more to regain my accessibility? It is really ridiculous. I saw many ppl were in trouble for this stupid waiting period rule, can anyone look into this?

I can send messages, but not receive any. I've tried sending messages to my Hotmail account from Gmail & never received them. Also tried sending from Hotmail to Gmail & received the messaged, but when I reply the reply message is never received. It's been
like this for about 4 hours now. Service status says there are no problems. Tried it using IE, Chrome, Firefox & Live Mail.
I use movie maker to put all the little videos I take on my phone together into a movie. This has always been very easy but now I have a new phone

When trying to log onto my account associated with my work email address I cannot and get the message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. "
When I try to go through the steps to create the account which already exited I get the message that it "isn't available."
Finally when I go through the password reset method at https://account.live.com/password/reset I get "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again."
Please direct me to whom I should bring this to the attention of. The account I'm using to post this is of course not the one that is having the issue. I will be happy to PM anyone who needs that address to diagnose it.

I'm hoping someone could tell me how to resolve this error. I'm unable to receive email from a certain domain to my outlook.com account. The sender gets this error message back:
5.5.0 smtp; 510 RCPT rejected: hard delete, not in safe lists
If anyone can tell me what I need to do to get this error resolved it would be appreciated.

I have scanned a few thousand family photos. I scanned multiple pictures at a time and saved as a Tiff file so I could edit later. Now each file shows up as a single picture. When I open that picture, it will show an arrow under the picture and say (for
instance) 1 of 6. As I click the arrows I can look through those 6 pictures. When I tag someone in one of the pictures, it will show that tag in all 6 pictures. I need to separate the pictures in each Tiff file. How do I do this?
