When using Windows Live I keep getting a mesage that an email to a friend, Mike, that I tried to sent months ago cannot be sent:

For a while I was getting messages that no mail could be sent but I got a good reply regarding how to deal with this however I continue to get the above message. How do I deal with this?

Anyone have a clue?  When trying to access  domains.live.com, get the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

I am trying to find out why I keep getting the "Upload Failed: Server storage quota exceeded" message when I try to save one particular file. I know that I have over 37GB of remaining storage, so it doesn't make sense that only this one Word (docx) file can't be uploaded to skydrive.
My operating system is windows 7. The problem I have is that when I try to download windows essentials it already say I have it and when I go to programmes on the control panel I cannot see it there either.
Where do I edit my email signature?  I can NEVER find it!
How can one setup email encryption for sending and receiving email?

I have had a Hotmail account for YEARS.  Recently, during the automatic upgrade to Windows 8.1, it appears I was also 'upgraded' to Outlook.  When I attempt to log into my Hotmail account, my emails are gone, my email address appears to have changed to a Roadrunner email account that I also use and the only message I have is a Welcome to your new Outlook.com inbox.  Not happy.  I have attempted emailing something to my Hotmail account as a test, but I have no clue where to find it.  Again, not happy.

I work on two computers at two different locations.  Not the same computer.  One corrects my mistakes as I type and the one at home does NOT.  How do I correct this problem?
I bought the maximum storage space but the files are still not uploading.
How do I restart them ???
