We have had an MSN email account for many years. Recently we were hacked and our account was locked. We tried to fill our the questionair and could not provide enough information in order for the protection team to unlock the account- in fact the account was closed- the account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***- account recovery request 106588274- My wife had major heart surgery 5 years ago and still suffers from short term memory problems, and I normally use my work email account which is one of the reasons we could not provide enough information to get the password reset. We have a lot of info saved in folders in that account and need to get back into it-Can someone help us? I have created a new hotmail account- *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and we have a google account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and can have messages left at teither- also cell phone #813-365-2158

For some reason my domain name is no longer linked to my Outlook account. I am not receiving emails because the DNS does not show the domain name. It's possible that there was an issue with a card expiration date, but now that I've updated my info, there is NOTHING that tells me how to go about getting that resolved. The domain name is paid for. The issue is associating it with the email account.
Using a home computer running Win XP OS. I have to select edit profile to access the Profile window where the down arrow then appears. From there, I can then select the down arrown next to the word Profile to select People, Calendar, Skydrive, or to return to the Outlook.com window. The down arrow also appears in the People, Calendar, and Skydrive Windows. When I return to the Outlook.com window the down arrow is still not appearing and I have to go back through edit profile in order to get access back to People, Contacts, or Skydrive.

Basically needed the password to a parental control email account on xbox live to accept new terms of use, couldn't remember it several times and have now locked myself out of my account. I have since remembered the password to it but cant get back in as its locked. I filled out several recovery requests but none of them did anything, i emailed microsoft and got nothing back

Needed to get into the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account as parental control settings are on my xbox live profile even though i'm 21. i couldnt remember the password and whenever i entered it on the dashboard to accept the new terms of use it kept saying the password was wrong. i dont know what happened but i am now locked out of this parental control email account and cant get on xbox live to accept the new terms and conditions, please unlock the account so i can get playing on xbox live again
